General Terms and Conditions
Complimentary: Breakfast for 02 Adults per room at the All Day Dining Restaurant, Gym, Swimming pool, Wi-Fi, Mineral Water.
Child Policy: Extra breakfast will charge above 05 years child & Extra bed will applicable above 10 years child.
Check-in & Check-out Policy: Our check-in time is 1400 hours & check-out time is 1200 hours.
Early check-in and Late check-out is subject to a full night charge (subject to availability).
Early Check-in Policy: We recommended that the room be reserved from previous night if the arrival is early in the morning if the room is required immediately.
Late Check-out Policy: Late check-out before 6 pm will be half day charge and after 6 pm will be full day charge applies.
Extension Policy: The extension of stay has to be requested in advance and approval is based upon availability.
Guarantee Policy: All reservations are subject to immediate release due to non-guarantee, incase advance payment charges are dishonored. After make payment we don’t refund any amount of money. Guest can postpone the reservation and they have to avail the reservation within next two months.
Transportation Policy: The rates for Shuttle airport transfer is BDT. 189 per person for one way.
Cancellation Policy: Amendments in arrival dates and cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid Full retention charge and must be amended/cancelled via the source of booking. In case of no-show Full retention charge is applicable.
General Policy: Request for specific bed types and smoking preferences will be accommodated based on the reservation and availability.
As per government guidelines, all “Resident Guests” are requested to carry a proof of identity at the time of check-in.
The proof of identity for foreigners is the passport plus “resident permit” in case of residency. For Bangladeshi Nationals, it can be any Bangladesh Government-issued ID card with a residence address. i.e. Driving License, National ID Card, and Passport.
